No one knows. Over 50,000 new chemicals are introduced each year--and only about 1% of them are fully tested for possible environmental /toxic effects.

Most hazardous wast can be neutralized.
HCL very bad acid
Caustic soda very bad base.
Mix together to a PH7 and dump it in the river.
What did u make??? The results of your mixture is table salt and water
