Absolutely!
What I would do with it is obvious - paneer cheese! It's like Indian ricotta, except you can make it in about half an hour and tastes delicious!

However, there is something very special about being able to feed your newborn child. My daughter had feeding problems when she was born so I would use a tiny feeding tube next to my little finger for her to suckle. It was very nice being able to provide for her.
Still, leave breasts to women.... thank you very much.
