It doesn't mean anything by itself. dou itashimashite means "you're welcome". Literally however, dou itashimashite means "I don't know how to repay you". dou means "how to" or "in what way" and the verb itasu is a formal verb meaning "to do". So, directly transliterated into English: "(I don't know) what to do".

roughly, "you're welcome". usually we put "dou" in front of it. in the context of replying to someone when they say thank you. not when you're welcoming somebody into your house or anything like that.
