At the dog pounds and shelters!!
That's the best and cheapest place to get a pup and they "fix" them and have some of their shots and all that important stuff in the price you pay.
Whatever you do, please take care of the dog! He or she will rely on you for the rest of it's life. Please make sure you can afford to take proper care of it before you buy one.

The words "cheap" and "puppies" should not be used together.....If you're concerned about money, and how much it will cost you to take care of a pup (vet care, supplies, food, dog walker, etc) then you should not get a dog.

Your local animal shelter. Most give you discount coupons for vet care when you adopt a puppy.

No such thing. Puppies need vaccines, vet care and spaying/neutering plus food and toys.

Try the animal shelter in your area. You would be surprised what they have. In our state you would have to get the pet fixed to be able to adopt it. In most cases this surgery is free.
