Translators online say it is "by itself" but i think its a saying. could be wrong.

btw par se is french and i wanna know the english

It means "For each one"! So "By itself" is close in meaning.

I thought it was spelled "per se" and was Latin. But maybe the French version is similar. The literal English translation of either would be "for each one," but "by itself" of "in and of itself" gives a better feel for the figurative meaning.

It is actually Italian and it is spelled "per se"....it comes from latin...and it does indeed mean "by itself"....
