Hard bump on my head?

I have this hard bump on my head, i noticed it a few months ago, its still the same size and hasnt changed at all but its a little painful sometimes and the area around it is sometimes tender. What do you think it is??? A cyst maybe? Its hard and doesnt move. Its on the back of my head.

i have a few bumps on my head but they are just oil glands. maybe you should talk to a doctor. because i don't think it's supposed to be tender.
