It seems each time I am to begin to start a new relationship the other person is prevented from getting in touch with me. Am I doomed ?

Probably you're doomed there are some people that are fated to grow old with their cats. Sounds like you're one of them! So sad!
Oh do be serious! Have some self esteem you're not doomed or ill fated you've just been unlucky. You might however want to ask yourself what you are doing to make these folks be "prevented from getting in touch" are you being a pest, to them or their folks. How bout in future relationships you let the other person take the lead and you... sit back and see what develops? Being too aggressive often can be very unappealing to either gender.

How are they prevented from getting in touch with you, is someone stopping them or are they just giving you lame excuses? If you're very young then parents are still going to be in control of your friends, and until both of you are independent that could continue to be a problem. Maybe you could make sure that the next person you try to date has a cell phone?

How are they prevented from getting in touch with you? Is it because they are too young or you are too young and it's the parents preventing it? .....seems like a lot of things go into play in this question that we don't know about........as for luck I do believe in it but not in relationships.......I have won a lot of times in the lottery and I know that was luck.

No thats just life honey. You need to go through things like that. Love is hard to find you just need to take your time....relationships are a matter of fate...bad luck doesn't control anything

Don't think of it as a pattern. It's coincidence and that's all. It's when you think of it as a pattern that you send the negative vibes into it. Think to yourself that the ones that wouldn't have worked didn't get started leaving room for the really great one to fit into your life.

99% of the realtionships in your life will not work out, so i'm not sure what you are complaining about or why you feel doomed. what you're going through is normal...

well, it is said that if you were not a very good person in your pastlife, then when your sole enters a new body, your fate(whats meant to be said by God) won't be as rich or good as if it was you were a good person in your pastlife. thats what i heard anyway.
