It is written that He will return. Will it be BEFORE or AFTER the final earth days? Also, will we recognize Him? Will He be known? Will He state who He is?

According to the Bible, the next "world catastrophe" is the fulfillment of Ezekiel 38 and 39: the invasion of Israel by Russia, Iran and other middle eastern nations. The Tribulation will begin roughly 3 1/2 years afterward, when the Antichrist brokers a peace deal between Israel and the remaining middle eastern nations. Exactly 7 years later, Jesus will return (Daniel 9:26-27).

Hmmm... You know, everytime someone talks about the return of christ, I cant help but be reminded of the parabel of the thief in the night... how did it go? I Thessalonians 5:4,9-10 "For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night. For God has not destined us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that whether we are awake or asleep, we may live together with him." Yup thats it.

First I would like to say that I have a couple of problems with that statement... if the lord is good, and gracious and often refered to as the "Light" Why does he have to come as a thief in the night?

My personal opinion is very much different... I believe that parable is truer than most know... meaning while we are worried to death about when jesus will be returning, and are we going to recognize him, our lives, our joy, our happiness, which is our salvation right here and now is being robbed from us like a thief in the night.

But then again... what do I know right?

The Messiah, Jesus, will return as soon as God directs Him to... when is that going to happen... "we" don't exactly know but we do know this... it will be fairly soon as the Scripture that needs to be fulfilled before His comming is being fulfilled almost on a daily basis... and "yes" you will regognize Him. He will need no statment or announcment... you'll know !!!!!
Read from the Bible...The Book of John... or go to Blockbuster and rent the video... great movie.... it will help you to understand who He is...

I hate to break the news to you but...he ain't commin' back. Was probably never here as the person you think he was in the first place. Quit worrying about it and live as well as you can today realizing that whatever you do colors tomorrow. Live responsibly no matter who comes back (or doesn't).

Steve B. of the hells angels book by LaV. claimed to be Jesus and if hell backed him, then it's not blasphemy, because the law in Canada basically lets the angels do whatever they want, mainly because police seem to often be involved with murders. I am a witness to that fact, whether you beleive Me of not.

He will be hard to recognize, because so many people pull off the "jesus look" with the long brown hair, beard, and "jesus jogger" sandals.

Does it really matter to you that much and if so why not read it for yourself? It is unknown when he will come again, the only truth is in that when he does, maybe should have found the answers already for yourself.

Neither. It is also written that we cannot know the day or the time. That we should not look for it, either.
