If you put them in series, that will equal 4 ohms.

2 subs at 2 ohm can give you 4 ohm in serious an 1 ohm in parallel. rtotal = r1+r2 in serious and rtotal= 1/r1+1/r2 in parallel where r1 an r2 is the ohm value of your sub. ohms is a measure of resisitance (r). I am not very sure if it is good for an amp to connect 2 subs in serious. May be too weak to run 2 subs at 4 ohm.

according to this diagram, 2 DVC D2's can wire to the amp @ 0.5 ohms, 2 ohms, and 8 ohms.

buy this amp kicker kx600 at hifisoundconnection.com. i got my for $140 without the endcaps. it pushes my single 10" cvr 2ohm, i also hooked the dual 10" and 12" and both sound great . its a mono amp thats made for 2ohm speakers. im getting ready to get the two 12" myself as soon as i get some dynamat put in my trunk. but that amp works good and easily hold the two 12"s. you just have to have 4g wire to power it if you dont already.
