Hi !!!
Here is the one that I like...

Cashew Chicken with Noodles

2 packages (3 ounces each) chicken-flavored instant ramen noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
4 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large carrot, cut into very thin strips
2 tablespoons "Gravy Master" OR "Kitchen Bouquet"
1/3 cup chopped cashews

Directions:

Cook noodles according to package directions, reserving seasoning packets. Drain.

Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook, stirring, until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon.

To drippings remaining in skillet, add green onions and carrots. Cook, stirring, until tender. Add cooked noodles, Gravy Master, and seasoning packets. Cook until hot. Stir in chicken and sprinkle with cashews. Serves 4 to 6.

I found this one on Allrecipes.com a few months ago. It became a very big hit at our house. I make it almost 3 times a week. The kids love it!

Start soaking noodles(then boil, but not completely). Chop up Pac Choi (or also called Bok Choy) steams and leaves, but keep them separate. (You can use frozen oriental style veggies too.) Drain noodles well then pan fry in cooking oil. Set aside when done to your crispness liking. Boil up some frozen shelled shrimp, drain and take off the tails. In a pan, put chopped garlic and sesame oil. Add Pac Choi stems and cook covered, until almost done. Add Shrimp back into pan, the pac choi leaves, and a SMALL AMOUNT of rooster sauce (it’s in the oriental section and has a rooster on the bottle – HOT red chilies) and the noodles. Stir all to heat through and serve!

this is my favorite, its kinda spicey though

Additional sauces that are good on this are: Tamari sauce (better than regular soy sauce), Fish oil sauce, or peanut sauce. Search the oriental isles for these.

First I like to fry up some sausage, sliced. Then when the noodles are boiling I will add some frozen mixed veggies. When that is done I drain most of the water (I don't like a lot of broth) and add the sausage and the seasoning pack.

You can change this up by using different kinds of sausage and different kinds of veggies.

Cook a pack of chicken flavored noodles as usual, but drain most of the water (and of course add the seasoning), add one slice of cheese and some peas. Mix until cheese has melted and peas are heated thoroughly.

My aunt taught me this about 10 years ago. It is actually pretty good.

Chicken ramen made normally and then add garlic salt, and onion powder. Then just pour in frozen mixed vegetables, and wait for them to cook.
