Of course. They always have been trying to take it all over. Remember, they think that everyone in the world should live and believe exactly the same way they do and that anything else is a sin so we should all be punished by their god.

This is such a ridiculous argument. Everyone wants their beliefs to be made law. That is why we have all these fights going on from lobbyists. EVERYONE wants it to be their way. Everyone has beliefs and they're going to conflict with someone else's. Don't give me this crap that Christians are trying to take over. There are plent of special interest groups out there pushing their agendas, not just Christians.

It just so happens that this country was founded on Christian principles, and used to be a majority Christian nation. It makes sense that those ideas made their way into the laws. Just like the secular humanist ideas are pushing their way into laws today.

What do you mean "take over"? The country was founded by Christians! It is the secularists that are trying to take over! This nation was born of Christian concepts and principals! All of our presidents and men that wrote our constitution were Christians! If secularists had it their way religion would be banned and our freedom of religion would be out the window! The very reason we are such a great nation is that we have relied on God the Almighty and honored Him! When this ceases to be, we will cease as a great nation! God bless America!

I do indeed... they are trying to legislate morality and change or create laws based on their beliefs. There was a congressman last year who wanted to make adultery illegal because it's immoral. I agree, adultery is bad but it shouldn't be illegal and what's immoral to you may not be immoral to me. Morality is such a fluid thing.

Those laws have been on the books for centuries. The thing you seem to miss is that this country was founded on Christianity! That is why our money has 'in God we trust'.
