"Everyone".....I think not. Actions have consequences.
We'll use simple definitions:
God -----Eternal creator of the universe,
Sin ----- Disobedience, turning away from God, or doing injustice to man
Hell -----Total absence of God
God chose you for heaven, but you can choose hell. It has to do with relationship. (think Jesus, read the book of John, new testament, the bible)

I may be an atheist, but I don't need voodoo stories to make me a just person.
I like living in a world where people treat each other with care and respect so I try to do the same. Leave the boogie man stories for the emotional children.

That's the stupidest theory I ever heard. If you don't believe in heaven and hell then at least don't do bad things to others based on that. You should be good to everyone just to be a decent person. Whether you believe in anything or not doesn't matter, cuz no matter what - what goes around comes around.

Misspelling is a sin, and you will go to HELL for it. J/K I'm just trying to fit in with all the other crazy extremist in here. You shouldn't sin because it makes your life bad, you should do things that make you feel better, not guilty.

WRONG!
Sin associated with mistakes is permissible. People who say that because of forgiveness, I can do whatever I want and have no consequences are sadly mistaken. I don't profess to be an all knowing expert here, but I suggest you discuss this with a pastor or other spiritual adviser who can point you to scripture supporting these concepts.

That is not true...there is a hell it is very real. The only way you can avoid hell is by repenting of your sins and trusting Jesus to take you to heaven when you die!

Hell is a state of mind.
You do get punished for your bad deeds, but not in hell,
Your soul is forever tormented, by.
YOURSELF!!
But it's all based on your own belief system.
If that's what christians want to believe, no one said you HAVE to follow them. ( remember being "converted is a choice, you can let what they say stick, or dismiss it, your choice)
That is just my own take on hell.

Well if hell was the only thing keeping you from doing bad things to others, I sincerely hope I never meet you.

It is ok to believe that there is no hell, that is certantly your proogative. However, if you are sinning because you feel you'll never have to pay for it, your mistaken. People who do bad things have bad things happen to them. Also, may I ask why you would want to sin? Jesus died for you so you should want to please him. Right?
Personally, I find it a pleasure to myself when I do good things and please my God.

Thanks for a chance to list my favorite quote from the British series "Bless Me Father" - "Holy Mother Church obliges us to believe that there is such a place as hell. She does not oblige us to believe that there is anyone in it." - Father Duddleswell
I follow judaism which doesn't believe in hell, but it also doesn't release you from being responsible for your actions in this life and the next.
