There is this guy that hits on me and he's attractive but he's married with kids (he's young though). Why do people do that when they are married? It's stupid.

I am young and married with kids and would not cheat on my wife but I have been attracted to other females. I caught myself being a little to friendly one time and started to question myself and my relationship. I did it mainly because she was there! Just that! She was around at a time I felt like flirting and attractive and it just happened. Would I take it beyond words, No. But it was just convienent, I was comfortable around her, and we worked together so I saw her almost everyday. Is it stupid, yeah, it causes confusion on all ends. I would draw a line and leave it at that. Your just the girl he's most comfortable with and all his extra emotions he does not get to throw at his wife, come to you! Good Luck!

I agree that married men looking for someone to have an affair (or fling) with are plentiful and they never seem to be bashful about their intentions either. You have to wonder about the lack of loyalty being shown to their spouses, and why anyone would believe that they would treat a female they are seeing on the side any better. It is stupid, but you don't have to play along.

Good question.

While I certainly don't make a habit of it, once in a while I'll flirt with someone that's not my wife. I'm not entirely sure why I do it, because I'm confident that I'd be too chicken-sh** to take the next step anyway.

I guess it's a way for us to feel like we're still attractive to women. It's a guy thing. If COURSE our wives are attracted to us, because we love them and they love us?

But, are we attractive to women that we don't love and who don't love us?

It's shallow and silly, but that's how it is.

Some just like to go for what they can get to try to prove to themselves they are still men!!! They also like to see how it would have been had they not gotten married!!! Some also have marriage problems but will not mention it to anyone!!!

Because all men are Pigs
and pigs is fairly stupid
And I'd tell his wife if I were you.
And how can you say he's attractive ? doesn't him hitting on you as a married man disqualify his physical appearance ?

because you will always want something you can not have mens minds tend to wander when it comes to the opposite sex after all we were put here to procreate and the desire to do that with as many women as possible is in our genes but our morals are completely different so we have to keep our lust in-check

Exactly how do you know he's hitting on you and not just being friendly? Is it possible your ego is out of control?

Or maybe he's just a jerk. How would we know why that guy does what he does?

Because he is a little boy, not a man yet. It sounds like you have good sense though, for not seeing him.
