Im goin to flordia for the week over spring break. My GF is worried sick that ill do somethin with another girl to hurt our relationship? How can I prove to her that I can be trusted...

Trust is the largest issue these days. But! I've got an idea.
Surely, you have a picture phone, right.
Take pictures of yourself at different places and send them to her with a quick message about the picture. In other words, keep her informed without having to speak to her every second.
Besides, it would be fun meeting different people and seeing if they'd take your pic!

Spring break in Florida is traditionally about drinking and getting laid! So the fact that you are rushing off there pretty well tells the rest of the world that you're not oozing the attributes that would make you trustworthy. She is wise to feel the way she does. So, you were going to be the only on on spring break in Florida that actually does the tourist attractions? Ummm right!

while your away make sure you call her exactly when you say you will.. like if you say you will call her at 6:24 PM Friday Night
you better be dialing at 6:20 pm :)
other than that i'm not to sure what else.. oh and bring her back a lovely souviner.. and maybe send her some flowers to her work.. just to let her know your thinking about her
