With God all things are possible.
All sins can be forgiven except possibly one.
Jesus did say that blasphemy against the Spirit is unforgivable but we do not know why. (Matthew 12:24-31)
With love in Christ.

Grave sins and mortal sins are the same thing. It takes confession to get rid of those. Yes, any sin can be forgiven, even grave sins, no matter how horrible, because nothing is out of the reach of God.

Grave sins and mortal sins are the same thing...and all sins may be forgiven EXCEPT the sin of refusing to be forgiven...it's called final impenitence, and is a sin against the Holy Spirit.

Mortal sins entail "grave matter". Mortal sins entail "grave" matter. The fact that a sin is "grave" is only one of three conditions that must be met in order for a sin to be mortal in nature.
If you are concerned that you carry mortal sin(s), they can be forgiven via the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

The only sin that can truly be unforgiven is called Shirk. Basically what it is, is to turn your back on Allah.
