I think it's our primal instincts coming out when we are pushed to the limit and can't take it any more. Whether this is caused by someone irritating the heck out of you, or fear, envy, hate, disgust, whatever, we sometimes can't control it. It is especially hard when you live in close quarters with someone and you feel they are doing everything in their power to drive you over the edge just to see if they can. Or it could be mental derangement. Nuclear bombs so far have been used as a last resort (I think) when it seemed like there was no other way to maintain a way of like. Why nuclear bombs are being played with like toys now, I don't know. I don't think there will be any winners if nuclear bombs are used today. Everyone's emotions are wound pretty tight right now.
