What company is Jeep under? i.e., GMC, Toyota, Cherysler? please let me know. thanx!!

Jeep is a Chrysler brand, owned by Daimler-Chrysler(Mercedes Benz).

They were originally their own company and then were bought by AMC who was bought by Chrysler.

Originally Jeeps were made by Ford and Willys in WW2.
Post War Jeeps were made by Willys and later Kaiser.
AMC made them in 70's and early 80's.
Chrysler bought Jeep in 1987 and still owns the Jeep name today. So it depends on what year Jeep you are talking about.

Have you been living under a rock? Chrysler has made Jeeps since acquiring them in 1987. Before them American Motors owned the name. Before AMC, Willy's Overland did until 1970. Since 1941, Jeep the toughest four letter word!

Diamler-Chrysler owns the Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Mercedes, and what used to be Plymouth brands.

Even though they still work as an independent company and build from the original design specs created for the military, Chrysler has authority.
