So I got this story/script to write that accurately uses terminology from the anatomy of the human heart.....does anybody know where I can find a fic that does the same?

Your question is not too clear, but I'll give a stab at it. Around 1955 there was a popular novel written about life in the first half of the 20th century. Most of the main characters were flawed except the wife of the protagonist and sainted Dr. Runkelman. But Doc Runkelman's health was failing and he had a diastolic murmur at the second right intercostal space. What was left unsaid was that this is a murmur of aortic regurgitation, a condition caused in those days by syphilis of the aortic valve. So even the good doc had skeletons in his closet.
