I don't really like him.
How can I make him leave?
I always leave a huge mess everywhere, so I think that might be working a bit.
Should I just put a choke hold on him?

Pretend to be a f@g, he'll run for the hills (hopefully).

Honesty is the best policy. Have a talk with him. Tell him: "Look John, this isn't working for me. I'm afraid I don't get along with you as well as I hoped, and it's causing me stress. I'm sure you are a perfectly nice guy, but I find that our personalities are not suited to living together. I would prefer it if you found another place to live".

You don't have to go into all of the specific things you don't like about him, and you don't have to defend yourself, either. Whatever arguement he makes, just keep going back to your preference that he leave.

When I was in college one of my friends got rid of her evil roommate this way:

Our college was an Agricultural college. She was friends with the guy who ran the meat utilization facility (that's cityspeak for the slaughter/meatcutting facility). She got him to give her the head of a steer that had been slaughtered. She took this to her room and put it on her desk, with a note to her roommate that she was going to be out for a while running errands, and not to touch the steer's head. And then she disappeared for the weekend.

Evil roommate raised hell, but the RA and head resident knew all about the situation and were on my friend's side.

Friend came back from the weekend and evil roommate was furious. My friend took the steer's eyes out and put them on evil roommate's pillow. Evil roommate marched into head resident's office and demanded she be allowed to move.

Be inspired. ;-)) Good luck.

Just tell him it is time for him to leave, that you need to move on. If that does not work, sit in the nide, when he come into a room act as though he is turning you on, he'll be gone.

Eat lots of things that give you gas and fart all the time. Leave messes all over and be a pig. They'll leave soon enough!

find out what really annoys him and do that.
be incredibly and disgustingly messy, play loud music at night when he's trying to sleep, study, work, etc. take control of the tv or computer if you have to share. dont do the dishes or any type of chore. if you have to, don't do laundry, don't shower....ugh...just thinking about it makes me cringe.

Are both of you on the lease? Who actually has the place you two live in? Kick him out if it's yours. If it's his...you're stuck!

Lory S said it nicely. Why hide the truth? It will be better when you are straightforward with him.

Stop bathing - that would do it for me. Or leave nasty hair in the bathroom - forget to flush the toilet. Eww - that would be nasty.
