Hey, the problem i got is that i just got with this guy and hes good looking and cool and stuff, but the thing is he's really shy when it comes to me, like i find it quite hard to talk to him much because he's so quiet with me. We're not serious or anything yet, but i like him. My friend always seems to talk to him so much and he talks to her alot...with confidence, i'm just worried that he will start to like my friend because she's gorgeous anyway and all the guy's like her, i sort of feel like the least hot one out of my girls and that sometimes gets me down too. The problem is really that i'm just worried my boy will start to like my friend instead. I know that if my friend started to like this guy she would tell me straight which would cause a few problems because this has happened before with us, and i totally left the guy alone because i'd rather have our friendship, then she got the guy! I don't really care about that, i'm just worried it could happen again lol.

Also it is in my friends personality to be very flirty and she can sometimes give out the wrong impression. it just sometimes annoys me to see her acting all flirty with him in front of me, he's not flirty back he just talks: but she doesn't do it on purpose either, she's just like that!

the guy sounds like a complete jerk to me, come on. it sounds like he wants to make you lose your bf. I think you should talk to your friend and see whats going on between her and him. if she takes it the wrong way tell her off. i know its hard but i've been through a lit in my life. cool

Just a thought to ponder about but maybe your friend and your boy are talking about you! :) Maybe she is helping him learn how to approach you because he is shy. Or maybe they have been friend since before you met him and he already has a personal friend relationship with her and he feels like he has to act a certain way around you, but he is comfortable with your friend since they may have already been friends.
The best thing to do would be to approach your friend about this. I highly doubt that he will leave you... especially since you said he does not respond to her flirtations, thats a good sign.

You need to get to know more about this fellow before you commit your self to his conquest.
After a while confide with your GF and the two of you work out a plan to make him choose or break his heart, which ever you want.

I can imagine how awful this must be for you.....I think that it's pretty messe up how your friend did that to you once!!!
Hang in there....Tell him how you feel ......(I know people say that alot)....but maybe there a way for you to show how you feel without telling him upfront
Who knows maybe he will choose her...maybe he's a ******** and he'll only care about the looks

yep. why? because all of us men are dogs! I am kidding. Perhaps you should be more confident of yourself and quit comparing yourself to others. When you do that you become your worst enemy. Self confidence is important, quit caring what others think about you and start thing about what you think about yourself. If you are more confident he will most likely not leave you for your friend. Furthermore, what kind of friends do you have? If she is your friend she will NEVER do that to you.

perhaps he finds it easier to talk to her because he's not trying to impress her. the first stages of a relationship are always the most awkward and he might be so quiet because he's nervous because he likes you so much. on the flip side, ask your girlfriend what they are talking about. you might be surpised to learn that it's you.

well i understand you wanting your freidn more then a boy but what if your friend is kinda of playing you. cause if she was a true friend she would have let you have him or left him alone. but alot of girls are dumb and would **** up there best friend and there relationship for a boyfriend or just for sex. it sucks

Talk to her about it...try to talk to your man more to make him unshy of you. Hang out together without your friend....but dont lik editch her or anything.
