I question religion all the time. I too have read the KJV, the Book of Mormon, the Qur'an, Torah and pretty much any religious book I can get a hole of. By questioning your religion and faith you will either grow stronger in your belief or you will find were you need to be. You should never follow blindly you need to question to build your testimony of whatever you believe. Don't ever stop questions for once you stop questioning you stop growing.
Good luck in your search and known you are normal by questioning

Questions should help bring you closer to the TRUTH. It is spiritually healthy to question religious traditions, dogmas and beliefs at times.
I heard a sermon called "KNOTS OF FAITH". When you climb a rope, you may get tired and slide backwards. But if you put a knot in the rope, you will slide only as far as that.
So in your life of faith, examine your beliefs. If there is something you believe 100%, put a strong knot there.
If something is probably true (70% believe) put a slip knot there and come back every now and agian to revise, change or strengthen that knot.
But questions deal with INTELLECT, and God doesn't want an intellectual relation with us, but HEARTISTIC. Make sure you use prayer and service to experience God in your life.
Because we are so emotional ... resentments or prejudices can distort our logic.
Good luck and God bless you

I used to Question religion...I had read the Bible and still felt confused, I considered myself Agnostic (Belief in God but unsure of Religion) for many years. I came across many Muslims and listened to their tellings of the Quran and how it was the last book sent from God...I was very sceptical but began to read the Quran...I would have to say that from the first chapter I was a believer and I knew I had found my Religion and new found faith in God...
I don't question what is written in the Quran...I feel with all my Heart that it is the truth and I honestly feel guided by God...

I question my religion regularly, how else do I know that it is the right religion for me if I blindly accept it. There is no ONE religion that is right, only the religion that is right for you. All religions are right as long as they don't cause harm to others.
I also believe that all the Gods and Goddesses are real but they are merely facets of the gem that is the true Divine. Just as we are all a part of the Divine.
There is no one TRUE path but all paths lead to the same place, it is just the scenery along the way that differs.

Religion is a human construction of a spiritual revelation and of God. That is why it has been used to divide people, for political ends and to control people's lives. My advice is to seek God--Be assured of His real existence. Then your religion, whatever it will have clearer meaning outside of the human manipulations..You can then dump one and take a more personalist relationship with God. The fellowship--sharing faith with other people comes a far second

Believe in your Faith and not religion. People will always Criticize other peoples religions for the sake of it. If you are a christian believe firmly in Jesus and if you are a Muslim believe In Allah. Don't be misled with people who have no faith but hatred in their hearts and soul as their eyes and ears have been sealed.
May God show you the correct path. Amen

If you don't question your religion then you don't really know what you believe. If your living your life a certain way just because your parents told you that it's the right way you really need to do some searching. My dad is a preacher and I grew up in church my whole life, but it wasn't until I started to question why we believed the way we did and sought out answers for myself that I really took hold of Christianity and applied it to my life.

I question my religion everyday. Everyone who does not must have their head in the sand. All you need to do is turn on the news, or pick up a paper. You need to have faith at least just to get thur the days.

Mark 9:24 "I believe; help my unbelief!" Religion does not displace our natural human tendencies and faculties but perfects them and brings them into the presence of God. that means we can doubt at times, question, and so on. we are supposed to be rational, emotional, and all those other things human beings are.
but the most important human trait after love is probably patience, with ourselves and others.

I am a Christian, but I can tell you that questioning only shows you are intelligent. Honestly, in my heart, if another person believes in God, it is enough for me. I don't really care HOW you get there just GET there.
I listen to my pastor, but I have to go by what the Bible tells ME PERSONALLY and they aren't always the same thing.
