10 pounds, two weeks, it's possible!!! I've done it very effectively and here's how:
First, cut all carbs out of your diet. Eat mostly chicken, beef, eggs, broccoli, green beans, butter. NO BREAD, FRUIT, PASTA, OR SIMPLE CARB VEGGIES, look on the internet for carb meters, and don't eat more than 20 net carbs a day.
oh yeah, NO SUGAR, splenda is OK!!!!
Drink nothing but lots and lots of water. Nothing else to drink.
Excercise at least 30 minutes everyday, brisk walk, jog, or cardio machine. Take one day off a week.
Take fiber supplements, a multi-vitamin, and a fat burner with a little caffeine and caffeine to help speed up your metabolism.
It's that simple, but it's not simple! You'll feel crummy the first week because your body is hooked on carbs, the second week you'll have more energy than ever and the fat will be burning away! Good luck!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

How about finding a hobby that requires a lot of concentration and manual dexterity? This would keep your hands busy so they can't grab snacks, and might make you a little more interesting than you are now. Right now you are stupidly obsessing over a little fat in an inconvenient place when you could be thinking about someone other than yourself. If you think there is one set weight for everyone of the same age, no matter what their height, bone structure, etc. then you need to be educating yourself on diet and exercise, as in diets don't work, they particularly don't work to lose 16 lbs. in two weeks, and you can't "spot reduce." It's good that you're trying to get answers but screaming, "ewww, grooss, muffin top" is insulting to everyone who doesn't have a perfect body.

I just lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
I started power walking to and from the train station on a morning before work and after work on an evening and i ate cereal for beakfast, salad for lunch and a normal evening mean (just a small portion) for dinner and it worked for me!
A good breakfast is essential as it stops you snacking during the day. Increase you exersise (do at least 30 mins a day of something that gets your heart rate up) and cut out any junk from you diet! Thats all you need to do.
Good luck

First off, if you're talking weight PERIOD, it can be done. If you are talking about losing FAT, it is IMPOSSIBLE. There is no way the body can do this, and it is proven. Any exercise scientist, nutritionist or exercise physiology professor will tell you the same thing.
To lose 1lb of fat you need a deficit of 3500 kcal per week. This equates to 500kcal less per day in the form of proper nutrition on proper exercise. The MAX that people can lose is around 2lbs per week and that is a healthy rate. Anything more is unhealthy and
you'll be losing muscle as well as water. If you want to lose 6 or 7lbs of water, you can do that, but not fat. I had a professor lose 7lbs of water when she was sick, but that was water, not fat.
You hear all sorts of crazy numbers people toss in the air, and as a professional in this industry you have to laugh at people that claim they lost 10lbs in one week. The scale doesn't know if its fat or water, but your body does, and inside your body is beating you up.
I mean I hate to burst your bubble, but no it is not possible in FAT form. If you need to fit into a dress, then I suggest a diuretic to lose some water weight, then stay off of it once you get in the dress if that is the goal.
THEN go for the healthy 1-2lbs of weight loss per week through proper diet and exercise. DO NOT attempt any of those fad diets as they are are garbage. Don't go low carb, don't do a soup or liquid diet, don't do the South Beach diet, etc etc. The only 2 that are decent would be Weight Watchers and the Body For Life Program. Now you'll hear 100s of people tell you how they lost X amount on 25 different diets, and almost all 25 of them have NO background in this field. They think just because the scale is lighter, they are healthier.
I'll tell you one interesting fact... Did you know if the body needs fuel and runs out of fuel, that it can actually attack the heart and use heart muscle for fuel? Sure it is rare, but it can happen. That's what happens when the body is starving for fuel. It uses Muscle Proteins for fuel.
Lastly, DO NOT CUT OUT ALL CARBS FROM YOUR DIET. This is one of the most rediculous things people can suggest. Unless your a Triathlete and you want to carb load, which requires NO CARBS (there is a way to do this and Astrand is the one who invented it) then its only going to HURT YOU, not help you. Carbs=FUEL
No Carbs=HELL FOR THE BODY. Anyone with the slightest knowledge of nutrition will know this, and those that dont, need a refresher or a new teacher.

This is possible but also dangerous. I once lost 21 pounds in 14 days when I went on the Scarsdale diet. I began losing my hair (each time I washed my hair handfuls would come out.) My hair was so thin you could see bald spots and I use to have pretty thick hair. My advice to you would be to try a sensible diet and exercise. Drink plenty of water and keep off of soft drinks. Best of luck to you.

10 lbs in 2 weeks is not healthy, but you can tone up and lose some fat by then by fitting some cardio into each day (running, walking, swimming, kickboxing). Avoid fatty and sweet junk food and try to get in as many fruits and vegetables as you can each day. Also drink 8 glasses of water each day. Good luck!

Drink lots of water and don't eat hardly any salt. It is impossible to lose 10 lbs of fat in that amount of time but you can drop some water weight if you reduce your sodium. Then you will look less bloated at least. 60 minutes of jogging every day for 2 weeks can help you drop about 4 lbs. But if you aren't in good enough shape to do that then you shouldn't attempt that. Good luck. P.S. wear black. That makes you look thinner.

When boredom, depression, or stress causes cravings, find a nonfood way in order to meet them such as enjoying a walk, calling a friend, going for a bath, reading a book, or perhaps doing some yoga.
