You can follow the tenets of Theosophy to Rudolph Steiner, the I AM movement, The Bridge of Freedom, The Summit Lighthouse and other many other offshoots.
They believe that the final step of earthly life is ascension and ascended beings can stay with the spiritual evolution of the earth like Bodhisattva's, in or out of embodiment.

I never cared much for theosophy, even though I appreciate blavastsky.
