i forgot to take something out of the freezer this morning so it will probably have to be pasta based......

i didn't realise it had to be pasta based till i opened the question, i usually make the following on a bed of rice but i suppose u could use pasta.
baked beans,sausages cut into 1 inch lentghs,pineapple chunks,coconut milk or coconut cream.
fry/grill the sausages then cut into inches.
place into a pot,
add the beans,
add the pineapple,
add the coconut,
simmer for a bit.
optionally add spice/curry powder or whatever you fancy.
pour onto rice or pasta.
add some salad ,or grate some cheese over the top, optional.
i call it sausage bean feast.
also a nice quickie is,
bus sick,(cos it looks like the sick seen on busses)
chop up small, bacon,tomato,fry it all, add eggs, scramble the lot and serve on toast.
hey presto, bus sick.
