...Hardly even read the Q I have asked, but skimming over it , read the word 'God Christian.. Jesus' & immediatley set out to hurt or critisize me personally for my belief. When most of the time you don't even read my Question.

I tend to read the whole question and try to give the most helpful response and explanation I can muster. Occasionally I'll give a goofy response to a satirical question, or once in a while I'll take a sardonic tone with organized religions - because, quite frankly, sometimes they deserve it.

However I do know exactly what you're talking about. On that note however, I do need to point out that it occurs on all sides.

What you'll probably find is that the behavior is reciprocal.

Theists come to questions posed by atheists or other religions and start spouting off about hellfire, or making wholly unsubstantiated claims based on what their pastor tells them and not on any knowledge. Very seldom does it seem theists respond sincerely to an atheist posting, and I have often seen questions of genuine interest reduced to a hateful, ignorant and intolerant discourse...

And then you have to consider that many theists (like an estimated 80+% of Americans) have no accurate grasp of science (like evolution) or how it works, yet these theists will typically ignore the details of a question on this subject and simply rely on the long defeated garbage arguments that are still being perpetuated. This sort of blind, autopilot response to challenging questions also must be very frustrating.

So ultimately they are simply returning the favor. Reciprocity is a fundamental and incontrovertible aspect of human behavior, don't be surprised when it occurs.

I did have a look at your questions, and maybe if you stopped abusing people in capital letters you'd get a bit more sympathy. Honestly, have you actually read that book of stories you claim to live by? There's some stuff in there about loving your enemies and turning the other cheek. I don't think Jesus would approve of your tendency to ruthlessly insult people who don't answer your question satisfactorily.

Do you really think that "I'D LOVE TO PUT A CURSE ON YOU RIGHT NOW, & DON'T THINK FOR A MINUTE I COULDN'T" is something your messiah would say?

Of course you're not him. But according to your religion you're supposed to try to live like him, and you don't seem particularly apologetic for your violent outbursts of hatred. People like you can't be trusted with a caps lock button.
And yes, the things written above do seem to be written by people happy with their lives.

I personally read your questions and do not get upset. But there are a lot here who incite anger and then laugh while they hide behind profiles that have no way to contact them. It is just part of the new computer reality. In former times when things were more basic they'd not have had the courage to say such things to your face.

Well I went back and read alot of you questions, and answers. I guess I don't see where you get the assumption that people aren't reading your questions. You are getting answers to your questions, you just don't seem to agree with them. If you're that worried about people not reading your questions, keep them shorter.
And you actually seemed quite hypocritical yourself on some on some of your questions.

To top it off, most of you questions, much like this one make no sense at all. Also some of them are very offensive...such as this one..."What is a Pagan? & pls jokes aside, if U r from any other strange religion/cult pls tell us what it it's about". Strange religion/cult? Seriously, you're expecting people to answer you and still be nice.
Alot of your stuff seems to be full of lies, or at least contridictions. Like your question about someone dying in your arms..you said "I climbed into the wreck & I knew the other sweet young Lady was dead, They asked me to push her out of the vehile & then I dont know -the jaws of life must of got stuck or something."
First of if the jaws of life are being used you wouldn't have been able to get into the wreck, furthormore no one in their right mind would ever try and push an accident victim out of a wreck.
So i guess if you're trying to push the existance of god down non believers throats, at least make sure your stories make sense, and seem truthful.

I know exactly what you mean. There is not alot of true discussion in this forum just alot of bashing. It is too bad that YA can not create a forum for Atheist,Christians and other religions. That way more could be asked and answered seriously with out all the hostility!

I don't do that (rarely anyway and not lately) I actually give Christian answers to Christian questions if they strike me as interesting questions.

Also, the Christians deleted a very accomplished atheist and I know of no examples of Atheists initiating such an attack. Who's a hypocrite now?

I have no idea who you are but, maybe we don't have time for a book. Concise questions get read long ones skimmed to see if they are worth the time. There are thousands of people through here every month and they have to be damn interesting in something they said to take the time to click on their profile.

ooOOH Bitter are we. I'm not an atheist by the way. I just wanted to comment regarding response's to your questions. I have noticed this happens in all categories. People seem in a hurry.....maybe its just to get points and move on, or maybe some of the questions are just to darn long. I know I have gotten exhaused at some of the longer posed questions on YA. Anyway...my point is don't take it personal...it happens in all categories.
