Here's the deal . . . I have minimal fridge (mini-fridge) space, and only a microwave to cook with so I need meal ideas (for one) that need no cooking or microwave cooking and require few ingredients but are still, yummy, healthful, and quick.

Microwave Potato Bake recipe

4 to 6 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
Salt to taste (about 1 teaspoon)
1/2 cup water

Cover and cook in a microwave dish, on HIGH for about 12 minutes.

Add:
1 can of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk

Cook on HIGH until hot and bubbly.

Enjoy!!

take some readymade cookies fill cream between them and on up put a cherry and your owm simple and tasty creamy cookie is ready.
