where do i return deposit bottles in san francisco?

i understand that we've changed to individual bottle return, instead of by weight. now i'm looking to get in on the fun, without going to one of the homeless recycling centers.... last time i tried that they gave me funny looks.

Who cares about the funny looks. It's your money!!!

Try the recycling place off of 3rd and Hudson . Around the corner from KFC. I've taken my cans and bottles there a few times.

Pretty much near most grocery stores.
