"Quotations"
Seems the the questions often ask not for "the" "correct answer" as in facts but folks want some agreement or direction in what they are asking.
? did I say:
One answers with a response to:
1. the feeling, nature of the question
2. give the dry facts
3. makes the answer or question "relevant", related, to what the person is wanting to know.
Also it is having support, empathy, concern and the above answers detail that skill. "Hand holding" is OK.
Myself: a factoidal nitpicker and a historically accurate person but I cannot match anyone as to asking about such as
making a quote personal or more related to where they are coming from.
Confused, yes.
"Best Answers" will come many take a week to show up.
Seek out areas that interest and well go for your age and other things that make you relevent to the section.
But "Quotations" is an area that being a good listener and explainer is often better that some dull, dry answer.
Avoid "wiki" look for more "personalized" facts and such.

How about expanding your answers and adding sources, yahoo whatever the question is about, write about the subject from different point of vues, put you opinion in the end. Wish luck for the person who's asking. First day here i got a best answer!!! i was surprised, but don't answer each question just to get best answer. there are actually real people posting their issues and problems.
Good Luck

People always have their own opinion in what they expect or want to hear. I wouldn't take it personally, just keep being honest and maybe use a little more of your heart rather than your head when you reply to a question. I hope that helps you.

Best Answers are the answers that best satisfy the asker of the question... try using proper spelling and punctuation; that might help you get more 'best answers'.

Well you have to have some form of common sense. If you don't have that, then you won't get best answers. I get them all the time.
