As an interior designer the answer to the question is yes. As long as its a real powder blue and a faint orange not bright neon orange. I've done multiple designs around those two particular colors and they turned out amazing. Depending on what you want to do with the two colors. I wouldnt recomned big portions of both. Maybe Stripes, or one as a main color the other as an accent. All depends on how you use the color.

I have seen a few pictures with that combo. I'm not a huge fan but you can make it look nice. It is all up to you. I just think of Florida Gators everytime I see those colors.

you can do whatever you want. i had a soft tangerine and pink bridesmaid dress. it looked very nice, and the girls actually have worn the dresses again(and no not for halloween).
just keep the colors soft, not too bright.
