Just about every day I blow my nose and blood clots come out. Know why or if this is normal?

Not everyone does it, but some people do.

Your bedroom is too dry with the heater running.

Get a fish tank for your bedroom and leave the top off, or a humidifier.

It's probably not normal to sneeze out blood clots every morning, but it depends on what your state of health is I guess. Accumulation of blood in the mucous at night is likely due to bleeding of the nasal mucosa, which is commonly due to chronic irritation caused by allergies, blowing your nose a lot, excessive dryness of mucosa, etc

Maybe you have a sinus infection. I have had a lot of blood clots because of this.
