Ok, Ok, Ok..... So you cant take a hint. Its ok man, most guys cant.
Why lunch though? I'll never understand that, lunch means no poon, no boom boom. Well, if she said to you, Happy B-day, it meant she was most likely interested that day. And since then has had a change of heart. Its ok man, women are like that. Ok, so today is a new day and she said to you, can we chat tomorrow. Well, did you chat with her? And next time you talk to her, just ask to meet up with her at yer place or at hers, just to hang out, bring over some drinks. Nothing opens the legs up like yer good old friend Al K. Haul. And if she declines or gives you any sorta excuse, move on bro..... Plenty of other women out there who wouldnt mind hanging out with you. But if you stay closed minded and dont keep planty of plates spinning, or enough chicks in yer hip pocket, you'll probably get hurt in the end. Know what I'm saying?

sounds like shes brushing you off. If she said she was to busy dyeing her nails that basically means she doesn't want to talk to you.
Its hard to pursue meaningless relationships when you are out of contact w/ each other. So your best shot would have been when you were working together all the time.

So why not call her and ask her to meet? What do you have to lose? At least you won't be in the dark and thinking about it. If she isn't interested, you don't need to take it personally. She may be at a place in her life where she needs to be alone with very little involvement with other people.

I think it's pretty likely that she knows you're into her.
I also think it's pretty likely that she's not interested. Anyone, male or female, who's interested in another person will make efforts to hang out w/ them when it's suggested, or even when it's not.
That's just my opinion though. I would just be bold, and tell her that you've always been attracted to her, and would love to go on a date if she'd be willing to give it a try. What have you got to lose?

It does kinda sound like she's brushing you off. Try speaking to her online and if you can't, do one more text. If you get a similar excuse then just let it go.

k this is pretty simple .from what u told i can say that she likes to flirt around she is interested but she probably likes to be chased or she just thinks that going out with you will lead u on to something else that she doesn't want.i recommend that you go to her with a strict friendly attitude than see where she stands and let it go from there.

If you really like her and your old enough to date her than go for it the worse that could happen would be her telling you that your too young!
