Hy i am looking for a program were I can make blurry pictures and old pictures nicer. I also want to great banners and maybe be creative with putting and cutting people out or things. Which program is the best and where can I may get the try version for it.

I use Paint Shop Pro, version 7. You can get a trial copy here:

There may be other places to get it if you search.
There are later versions, but version 7, to me, is the best of this software that they have produced. As for price, PSP is a very reasonable alternative to Adobe Photoshop, costing considerably less, and still having the features you need. I got mine on eBay for about $70.00. Hope this helps.

I have been using Paint Shop Pro for over 7 years and have done all the upgrades. I am using psp10 right now and love it. It has endless ways of processing photos, painting, drawing, screenshots and so much more. Get a free 30 day trial d/l . :)

Don't buy one at all. You can get Picasa 2 from Google. Just go to Google and type in Picasa and download it. It is very good.
