No, many of us are imperfect strangers. If you know someone perfect, then you know something that I don't know. Excuse me for the play on words.
If you are serious about asking if we are all strangers, then I can only answer for myself, and I can say that before I come to this site, I did not know a single person. I watch some of the people on here who give wonderful and well informed and knowledgable answers.
