no to be emancipated you basically have to divorce your parents.

Should be. I know in Florida thats what they say. I was 15 and considered a emancipated minor for the simple fact that I was pregnant. I was told that by a police officer. Certain parts of Florida have cerfews and I was out past it one night and they said I did not have to comply with the cerfew because I was a emancipated minor there for legally able to live my life as a adult meaning have my own place and everything in my name no longer needing parental consent.

Nope, you are not emancipated. (and you can't imancipate an adult...IF you were you would be an emancipated teen) Pregnancy is not a term of emancipation. To emancipate yourself you would have to get married, or have the court order you emanicpated. You are still you parent's responsiblity and they STILL have control over your life...Besides they don't usually emancipate teens until they are 16.

From the research I have done on this, Georgia has no emancipation laws. All I done was typed in georgia emancipation laws into my search engine and looked it up. Good luck!!!

No. You have to go through legal proceedings to become emacipated. It doesn't just automatically happen.
