Leg cramping could be due to lack of potassium. Foods high in potassium are bananas, strawberries, avocados, dark greens and even potatoes. You should see a doctor to get a blood test.

I am not sure about the leg cramps, but I think I would be more worried about what that stuff does when it builds up in my organs. Check out healthquest.peoplesway.com for a natural alternative, look at Protec. I know a nurse that used inhailors for years and using this product she hasn't used an inhailor since. There are also a few short videos at youtube.com if you search peoplesway.

More than likely you need a bit more salt in your diet, do not go mad on it, everybody needs some salt, try it I think you will find leg cramps will be gone in a day or two. David

I've never experienced this with a steroid inhaler but if you are concerned see your doctor to ask about side effects of your medication.
