it depends on how well i knew you, what you wanted and if i could afford it!
but for the right woman i'd get her anything she wanted.
for a friend again depends on how well i know that person.
if money was no object i'd probably organise a trip around the world and a trip in to outer space (if that was her kind of thing, and i had the money).
so what would you like?
