I am hoping to go away for 2 - 4 days in June, somewhere that has plenty to see and do with evening entertainment. I have looked at York and have enjoyed Glastonbury before. Anybody know of some good, quite cheap hotels/ B&B's also?

As already said Travelodge. Go to their website, click on saver rooms, enter your dates, then click on view all hotels. All special offers like £26 or even £15 per room will be shown for the whole country. Good luck & have a lovely time away - ya can't beat a good holiday.

Take a look at the link for a good weekend away, you will need a tent and a bbq and plenty of beer, The campsite is within the track and there will be plenty of action. We go as much for the booze up as we do the racing!

Scotlands really nice this time of the year. You might even make it for the Edinburgh Festival. Travel lodge is pretty cheap.

Great Yarmouths a good place. Plenty of B&B`s too, or you could get a caravan on spec up at North Denes.
