I suggest doing what I do...it may not work for everyone but it has worked well for my roommate and I. I go for a 30 minute power walk around my neighborhood every morning (music helps...bring an ipod or something with some upbeat music) You can do this on a treadmill too, but I find that pretty scenery is better and my neighborhood is beatiful so that helps too. After my walk I do my Lotte Berk Method-muscle eats fat workout dvd . This is a great workout that goes by very quickly. Some of the workouts are quite intense but they don't last very long and they tone the body quickly. After this I also do 8-minute abs and 8-minute arms dvd ( I also have the buns and legs video...the buns workout is difficult!) Depends on your problem areas as to what you would do The 8-minute series is old and cheesy but it was inexpensive and it really works. Within one month of doing all of this I've gotten harder abs, incredibly flatter abs, rock hard thighs (the tops not the inner-I'm not quite there yet) and a tighter butt. I do this at least 5 times a week. I recommend working out in the morning so that you have the rest of your day to do whatever.

At my gym there is a class called "Body Pump" and I've gotten some great results! Its a group fitness class that involves weightlifting techniques. Similar classes have other names like "Body Sculpt".
It consists of 8 sections: Squats, Chest, Back&Hamstings, Triceps, Biceps, Lunges, Shoulders and Abs. It is an hour long, choreographed class. It work best for women since the quick repetitions focus on toning rather than bulking.

Just swim. Works almost every muscle in the body--low impact--very toning.
* You'll be great looking in no time. Any style-half hour a day...you'll have them all so jealous!

there is no fast answer besides for excessive cardio and you dont wanna lose too much weight girl, it sounds like you are already thin. Have some patience and be thankful you dont have a bunch of weight to lose.

WEIGHT LIFTING AND DO IT EVERY OTHER DAY TO GET TONED EVEN FASTER ,YOU MUSCLES GROW WHEN RESTING,DONT EAT JUNKFOOD AT ALL.AND EAT HEALTHY AND DRINK WATER
