i think lemmon pepper would be amazing with the fish and string beans. i dont think mayo (tartar sauce) would go with string beans as far as ive seen it.

For a pan fried fish, I usually will go with lemon pepper. I prefer to put tartar sauce on my breaded baked/deep fried fish.

Lemon pepper. I typically reserve tartar sauce for breaded & fried fish.

Well, it sounds kinda of formal. And tartar sauce is something that they have at church functions with mac and cheese and fries. So I think lemon pepper.

I really love tartar sauce. But the lemon is healthier and also quite tasty. Is it possible to serve both on the side and let the diner choose?

Definitely lemon pepper. And I like to add just a bit of seasoned salt to my rice/water mixture before it cooks, so it absorbs the salt and gets a little extra flavor.

I'd call it a toss up taste-wise. If you're trying to watch your calories go with the lemon pepper.
