Can anyone provide me with a very simple but gooey brownie recipe? I live in a foreign country and can't buy boxed brownie mix or certain ingredients like brown sugar or choc. chips.
I have: baking soda & powder, vanilla, sugar, flower, bar chocolate (dark or milk), eggs, milk, powdered sugar...Anything else basic would be okay.
I would really like these to be the moist and gooey kind of brownies, not too chewy.

I should add that I haven't any "unsweetened cocoa powder," just solid chocolate (dark or milk).
Thank you though.

BROWNIES
These brownies can be fudgy or cakey depending on how long you bake them.
Active time: 30 min Start to finish: 2 1/2 hr (includes cooling)
2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter
8 oz fine-quality bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened), coarsely chopped
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
5 oz walnut pieces, coarsely chopped (1 1/2 cups)
Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan (2 inches deep) and line bottom and sides with wax paper, then butter paper.
Melt butter and chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl.
Whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl, then pour in chocolate mixture, whisking until combined well. Whisk in flour mixture, then stir in walnuts and transfer batter to baking pan.
Bake until top is shiny and set and sides have begun to pull away slightly (a wooden pick or skewer will not come out clean), about 35 minutes, for fudgy brownies; or until wooden pick or skewer comes out clean, 50 minutes to 1 hour total, for cakey brownies.
Cool brownies completely in pan on a rack. Invert onto a cutting board, remove paper, and cut into squares.
Cooks' note:
• Cooled brownies keep, layered between sheets of wax paper, in an airtight container at room temperature 2 days. We find the flavor to be even better after 1 day.
Makes 16 (2-inch) squares.

Easy Gooey Brownies
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup flour
5 tbsp butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 375F.
Prepare a baking dish. I use an 8x8 inches square glass dish. I think 8x8 or 9x9 round dish should work just fine too. If the dish is nonstick, you don't need to do anything. If it's not nonstick, grease it.
Melt the butter - a couple of minutes in a microwave will do it.
Stir the cocoa powder into melted butter.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for several minutes.
Add butter/cocoa mixture to egg mixture and stir. Add the flour and stir until combined (don't overmix).
Put the batter in the baking dish and spread evenly. Put in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes and take it out. It will seem undercooked, but it's not! Don't be tempted to continue baking it until it's hard - you would end up with a tough brownie!
Let it cool down for 10 minutes, and you'll have a soft, fudgy, yummy brownie! Slice it and eat. YUM! It's best when it's warm. Let your tongue swim in the gooey sweetness!
