ok my boyfriend i swear does not trust me or believe me when i say things and i give him good proof how do i show him and make he realize what the heck is going on? Help???

I'm not too sure what it is that your boyfriend isn't believing, but as long as you aren't doing anything to betray his trust, maybe it's time for you to let him go. It's never good to be with someone who can't trust you - I believe trust is the one of the foundations of a good relationship (friendship or otherwise).

You can't change the way he sees you. Either tell him to trust you or move on. Because if you don't, you're going to wind up losing all control of your life in an effort to keep him happy.

if he does not trust you, and there is no reason for his distrust, then he is emotionally incapable of being in a mature relationship, and he will make your life h ell, and he will gradually seek to control you and monitor everything you are doing.
