Recipe:
Pour Kahlua and Bailey's into a Shot glass.
Float a golf-ball sized puff of whipped cream on top of the drink.

About.com says:
* 1/4 oz Bailey's Irish cream liqueur
* 1/2 oz Amaretto almond liqueur
* whipped cream
DrinkStreet.com says:

1/2 ounce Irish Cream

Any of the above recipes will work for the shot. What officially makes it a "******** shot" is that you place the filled shot glass between a mans legs when he is sitting. The girl has to-with her hands behind her back- bend at the waist so that her mouth can pick up the shot. When she straightens up, she chugs it.
