I don't have to actually do that to know I'd be out of breath. I'm pretty out of shape right now, but hopefully that will change soon.

I'm not fit and I know it. I hate to exercise. As soon as it get warmer outside I will go up the stairs 4 x.

not bad slightly out of breath but i have asthma, i have a normal varied diet but dont excercise or even walk much i use my car to get everywhere but still i am only 8 stone 10 and 5 foot 8 and have good skin and hair so i look very healthy

I would be slightly out of breath.
I could probly do a quarter mile in 2 minutes
I could do a mile in 10 minutes probly
I can swim half a mile.

i feel prety good after that. but im also a thin girl with a high motablism. but its suppose to get the carteovascular system pumping. and builds your leg muscles

Okay, I did it... up and down four times, no problem.
But I'm still unhealthy... pick me up, and you'll get warts. Eat me, and you'll get really sick and die.
