My parents where not married and Iwant my children to be able to claim their native heratige. I wasn't able to do this most of my life and feel I missed a large part of myself by this.

You can go to their tribal website. You will have to know which band of Sioux they are as there are several.
Here are some offical tribal websites. Most tribes have 1-800#s you can call.

Do a search for the res they are assocaited with.
There are many Sioux reservations

i dont really know but its better 2 b married and have children bcoz they will have proper attention from 2 parents than a single parent

Depends on where you are. The Souix are all over. Do a search like "souix reservation" and then add your state.
