if you ignore a guy, does that mean you are playing hard to get..?

..i think this guy is trying to pursue me, well he has shown some obvious signs every now and again. but i ignore him sometimes. i dont do it on purpose i just get a little shy/nervous when im around him. and the bad part about it is that i like him a lot. what should i do? i need advice please...

Talk to him or do something silly that will ease the tension, such as tapping him on the shoulder and saying, "Tag! you're it!" That way he doesn't think you're avoiding him on purpose.

if you like him they are you ignoring him dont play hard to get get in a relationship and move slowly
