Are there any additional updates for the Neteller withdrawal dilemma?

Any updates besides the one posted on the Neteller site on February 8th? This SUCKS!

the courts last decided on March 16th to extend the deadline for the US government to present its case against Neteller until April 16th.

No one has great info on what's going on behind the scenes. Essentially, the founders don't want to go to jail, so they're trying to work something out with the DOJ.

And we all get to wait for our money. Even longer.
