How do you rid your hair of static? I have straight hair that falls well past my shoulders and lately it is always full of static. This feels awful and make my hair fly in all different directions. Any suggestions on how to stop it?

Make sure you condition your hair every time you wash it.
You could also try an anti-frizz serum - put it in your hair before you style it (or use it for a quick fix).

Another thing that works right away is taking a dampened paper towel and smoothing it along your hair from roots to ends.

Try John Frieda (it's what I use):

Any type of anti frizz product would work, or I've also heard that if you take a small dab of lotion and smooth it over your hair it also works. I've never tried this but it may be worth a try.

The best solution is using a hair oil. U can go for a non sticky one!

you can brush a bounce thing through it ( the things that you put in the dryer to make your clothes smell good and soft)

or wet your brush when you bush your hair

you probably won't like the smell, but static guard works.

just let your hair dry naturally after washing it. don't fluff it up by towel-drying it.
