My grandmother recently told me that on a past visit (within last 30 years) to Portugul, She was at a catholic church. While there they told her of this practice. If the woman became pregnant, the priest kept a sculpture of a breast for any children he had fathered. She actually claimed to see these sculptures at this catholic church. This whole thing seems ridiculus to me just wanting to see if anyone can shed some light.

Never heard of that. It makes no sense in terms of Catholic doctrine. It sound like a false rumor started by Catholic haters. Peace be with you

Its a possibility.I have some missionary friends in the Philippines. When they first arrived there a parade was going on.People were dressed in devil costumes and others were actually nailed upon crosses. It was a horrible site.At the time they seen it they thought it was a large group of Pagans. They later found out it was Catholics having their annual parade to honor their saints and Jesus.

This goes beyond ridiculous. It is utterly asinine. I never thought I would say this, but this one is even too absurd for Jack Chick to print, and he is the undisputed king of absurdity.
