I want one to sort my body out, I used to be size 8, great bum! No flab, great legs!

and then I met my Ex partner, I ended up putting on about 4 stone, through getting the munchies and eating takeaways every night! I totally ruined my body, I have since lost 3 stone but the last bit will not shift!

Also its flabby and I get so stressed out because people say oh your not fat but I do have a lot of fat on my body!!

I need some help in getting my body back, I have tried Excercise, eating healthy and I have reached a point where I cant seem to get any further!

I have also tried the Universal Contour wraps and they dont fo much!!!

I've been in the same situation, I lost 2.5 stone but didn't have toned body I wanted even though I trained 4 times a week and ate healthy. I started loosing motivation and gained a few pounds.

My solution was that I started seeing a personal trainer 2 times a week as part of my routine ( now train 4-6 times a week). It is the best way to sculpt your body and give you that shape and tone you are after. I lost another stone, 2 dressizes and masses of body fat in 4 months time and now pretty much have the body I always wanted.

A trainer doesn't have to be really expensive, I pay £40 an hour (do 2 half hour session per week) and have one of the best trainers at my gym training me. For me having the body I always wanted is well worth the money.

However if you can't afford it, I think the best way is to implement body pump classes and circuit training classes into your week (as well as doing cardio sessions) as they are the closest you'll get to a PT session. I'd say everyother day do a pump or circuit class, every other day do a cardio session like spinning or running and you will start to see results in just a few weeks time.

Hello hun I know exactually how you feel after having a baby I went from a size 12 to a 14!!!! I am now a 10 but want to be an 8 (never happy). Anyways will say that Davina 3 in one DVD really helped I don't like working out and now with 2 kids under 1 it is nearly impossible so this is great its half an hour a night and it's easy I also WALK ALOT it just drops pounds off and it make you happier as your doing something. Don't do ANY calorie counter diets as you will put weight back on when you stop. It takes alot to just get up and go but push yourself for a week and then it becomes something you cant live without doing. good luck

No need to beat yourself up- losing weight is difficult.

I noticed you said you "tried excercise, eating healthy"- did you stop? To lose weight you need to make small lifestyle changes. You could try eating vegetarian (but that is quite a commitment), or counting calories daily. Stay at or around 1700 calories per day, but don't lose hope if you go over every now and then. Try buying a small pedometer to track your steps. Aim for a certain number of steps per day.

Please, don't try contour wraps, miracle drugs, or anything that promises miracle weight loss- it won't work! Even if you do lose weight by dieting or using a pill, it comes back as soon as you stop using! Pills and products are only temporary fixes, only healthy eating and excercising regularly can take weight off of you.

...and please don't stay hung up on sizes. I was once a size 8 as well, but I'm happy at whatever size I fit in as long as I feel healthy and look passably thin.

try and recall who you used to be and remember does healthy habits and every thing will come back into place. But this time you need to put more effort like working out.start out by jogging, jumprope, crunches.at the local library you could find workout videos, it helped me a lot and gave me so many tips. eat up on healthy food no junkfood please.you hear people say drink water and eat 6 small meals a day.because that is the truth ,i tried it and trust me it works.to get rid of fat you need cardio and to tone up you need strenght training.

Run! Drink lots of water and RUN! 4 times a week for 40 minutes a day. After you do that for a month you'll definately be able to see the weight go. After that, you can switch to aerobics to get toned etc.

all (the) souls are actual infinite(-ly) present, yet specific soul(-s) might nicely be in a state of nonexistence for a particular time viz. in a condition of deep sleep without desires for a definite time

size 8 is too skinny - size 12 is about right, just keep exercising to tone muscles either that or plastic surgery.
