Hi Folks,
I am fed up with 02071 921100 calling me asking for personal details. I could wring their neck if I could find out where they are hiding.
BT can't track it, I have tried allsorts of telecomms tricks, but the pesterers are invisible down a 'phone line.
If you try said number, and find out where they are, and who they are, I shall jump on the train, and jump on them in our behalf.
Beggars !

I rang the number after 141 to withhold my number from them. They are some type of marketing company as you probably know.
What you need to do is register your number with the 'telephone preference service' it takes a little while, but then stops British companies phoning numbers registered with them. The service is free of charge.

You can register with the telephone preference service (free & online) which after 28 days will stop all "junk" calls. Once registered it is an offence for them to call you.

You can buy answerphones which block certain numbers. Panasonic do one and I am sure many others do. Just program the number in and once blocked your phone won't ring when that number calls. (This also works with mother-in-laws phone numbers.)

Try the ICSTIS website, I have searched that number for you and they say it's a London land line number and they cannot regulate it.

could you try phoning, asking who you should write to with details of a new product you are marketing? Then you can ask them for their address.
